Motum is owned and managed by therapists – we’re the only mobility solutions company in Western Australia that can say this.

Having worked extensively with many different brands of performance wheelchairs, strollers, car seats, postural seating systems, and bathing/toileting supports (to name just a few things), we have the ability to provide a service that combines clinical experience with product knowledge. We offer access to some unique, first-class products along with

In addition to selling a range of what we believe is very clever off-the-shelf equipment, we also manufacture our own seating systems and have expertise required to ensure the products fit well, feel good, and suit the purpose.

Andrew Bright - Clinical Director

BSc (Occupational Therapy), BA (Media & Information), PGCert (Education)

Before founding Motum, Andrew gained 20 years of clinical experience working for charities and the public health system in Australia and the United Kingdom, specialising in complex postural seating and ergonomics.  He also spent a number of years lecturing Occupational Therapy at the University of West England but returned to the clinical field after missing the hands-on nature of the work.

Andrew’s passion for mobility extends beyond the working week - his love of mountain biking and windsurfing means that he can often be found in the great outdoors.

Kym Bullen - Clinical Director

BSc (Occupational Therapy), Grad Dip Ed (Early Childhood)

Prior to setting up Motum, Kym worked as a Senior Occupational Therapist and Manager for a number of private businesses and charities in Western Australia and China.  She specialises in early intervention, seating and positioning, and supportive sleeping solutions. Kym also has qualifications in Early Years Teaching – although these days she puts this expertise into helping children learn how to get the most out of their new wheelchairs!

Off duty, Kym enjoys supporting her favourite sporting teams, swimming with her beloved dogs at the beach, or creating a few crafty DIY projects.

Nat Finos - Office Manager

Nat joined the Motum team in early 2015, taking charge of the Wembley-based office.

Combining her expertise in administration, her knowledge of seating and postural equipment, and a passion for customer service, Nat is generally the first port of call for therapists, clients and suppliers.

When she’s not busy at work organising quotes, booking appointments and coordinating deliveries, Nat can often be found cooking up a storm at home in the kitchen, tending to her impressive veggie patch or enjoying time at the beach with her family.
